The Pocket Card
Everything on the two longer notes, folded small enough to keep where you will actually see it.
- Draw four boxes for the week: morning, errands, afternoon, evening.
- Each week, move one thing out of its usual box.
- Once a season, start one small skill you do not have yet.
- Take the road you never take, and look at it on purpose.
- Before the phone, read the morning gauge: sleep, water, movement.
- Write the three things today is for, and read them again at noon.
- Watch the line over weeks, not the number on one morning.
- Take the notebook along when you see your doctor.
Print this page, or copy the lines onto an index card in your own handwriting, which tends to stick better anyway. Tape it inside a cupboard door, or slide it behind the visor of the car you drive most.
The longer explanations live in rotate the routine and the morning gauge. Neither one is medical advice, and both end by sending real worries to a physician.
